Payment:

A valid credit card or debit card is required to make a booking. We run a pre-authorisation on your card for the amount of the first night's stay but you are not charged until you arrive. If you wish, you may pay with an alternative method upon arrival.

Non-refundable bookings:
A valid credit card or debit card is required to make a booking. We charge the full amount at the moment of booking acknowledgement.

Please note that all guests with pre-paid reservations will be asked to provide their credit card details at the check-in.
 

Child Policy:

2 years or younger can share an existing bed free of charge

 

Group Bookings:
If you require more than five rooms, please e-mail us a detailed request to book@mentone.uk. Please note that rates, terms and conditions, and cancellation policy may change based on group booking.

Long Stay Bookings:
Reservations longer than 10 nights, requires a non-refundable deposit for 1st night.

 

Terms and Conditions/Cancellation Policy:

Refundable booking- You may cancel or modify free of charge until 2 days before arrival until 23:59 UK time. If you cancel in the 2 days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be the cost of the first night. 

Non-refundable booking- If cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
No-show Policies
In case of a no-show, 100% of the total stay will apply.
