Before you start comparing hotels, think about what you’ll be doing during your visit.

A hotel that’s perfect for a business traveller isn’t likely to be the best choice for a family holiday. And someone planning to spend their days exploring London’s museums and attractions will have different priorities from someone visiting for a theatre break or special occasion.

I always say, consider what’s most important to you.
