You may book with us on our website’s Rates & Reservations page, by e-mail, or by phone.

Payment:

A valid credit card or debit card is required to make a booking. We run a pre-authorisation on your card for the amount of the first night’s stay but you are not charged until you arrive. If you wish, you may pay with an alternative method upon arrival.

Non-refundable bookings:

A valid credit card or debit card is required to make a booking. We charge the full amount at the moment of booking acknowledgement.

Please note that all guests with pre-paid reservations will be asked to provide their credit card details at the check-in.

A 10% discount applies to the standard rate only. Not applicable on non-refundable rates.

Terms and Conditions/Cancellation Policy:

Standard Reservations – Refundable booking- All cancellations and changes must be received by midnight London time, 2 days prior to arrival date. Thereafter, a fee equal to 100% of the total amount for the reservation will be charged.

Non-refundable Reservations – If you cancel, modify the booking, or don’t show up, the fee will be the total price of the reservation.

Group Bookings:

4 rooms or more, alternatively 10 persons or more, is considered a group and must be booked via our dedicated group reservations team. Please complete our group enquiry form. Alternatively, you can contact us at +44 (0)207 387 39 27 or email us at book@mentone.uk. The group booking terms and conditions will then be advised and applied. Failure to comply may result in a reservation being cancelled.

Long Stay Bookings:

Reservations longer than 10 nights require a non-refundable deposit for 1st night.
